Legal Information

The Canadian Centre to End Human Trafficking offers its information on its websites and social media platforms as part of its efforts to end all types of human trafficking in Canada. The Centre operates the Canadian Human Trafficking Hotline, and reserves all copyrights on materials uploaded/posted on both websites and the Centre’s social media channels.

You can download the Hotline’s promotional resources from its website without asking for copyright permission. The Centre encourages you to join efforts to raise awareness on human trafficking by sharing the Centre’s social media assets posted on its social media platforms. Obtaining permission to spread the word about the Hotline and display its number (1-833-900-1010) to motivate victims/survivors of human trafficking and the public to call the Hotline is not required.

The use of the Centre and the Hotline’s logo for any purpose, in hard copy or any other electronic media, is prohibited unless prior written permission is obtained. The unauthorized use of the Centre and its Hotline’s names and logos is against the Copyright Act and is expressly forbidden.
